Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on customer preference.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will review your case and respond with a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us in advance at qa@salondematcha.com. Return address will be provided individually.
Refund Process
Once your returned item arrives and its condition has been confirmed, we will notify you by email regarding refund eligibility.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer or financial institution.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, we will handle the return appropriately at our cost.
